T452After solution heat treatment, it is naturally aged to a basically stable state. It is suitable for no cold working after solution heat treatment (it can be straightened to flattening but does not affect the mechanical performance limit).
T5A state in which it is cooled by a high-temperature molding process and then artificially aged.It is suitable for products that have been artificially aged after being cooled by the high-temperature molding process without cold processing (straightening and leveling can be carried out without affecting the mechanical performance limit).
T652The state of artificial aging after solution heat treatment. It is suitable for products that will not undergo cold processing after solid solution heat treatment (straightening and leveling can be performed, but the mechanical performance limit will not be affected).
T7The state of artificial aging after solution heat treatment. It is suitable for products whose strength has crossed the highest peak on the aging curve during artificial aging in order to obtain certain important properties after solution heat treatment.
T8A state in which solution heat treatment is followed by cold working and then artificial aging.Suitable for products that have been cold worked, straightened or flattened to improve product strength.
T9After solution heat treatment, artificial aging, and then cold working.Suitable for products that have been cold processed to increase product strength.
T10After being cooled by the high-temperature molding process, it is cold worked and then artificially aged.Suitable for products that have been cold processed to increase product strength.

Ⅳ. Status description and application:

T42It is suitable for products that have reached a fully stable state with natural aging after solid solution heat treatment in the 0 or F state. It is also suitable for products whose mechanical properties have reached the T42 state after the buyer heat-treats processed products in any state.
T62It is applicable to products that have entered the artificial state after solid solution heat treatment in the 0 or F state. It is also applicable to products whose mechanical properties have reached the T62 state after the buyer heat-treats processed products in any state.
T73It is suitable for products that have been aged after solid solution heat treatment to achieve the specified mechanical properties and stress corrosion resistance performance indicators.
T74Same as T73 status definition. The tensile strength of this state is greater than that of T73, but less than that of T76 state.
T76Same as 173 status definition. The flow tensile strength of this state is higher than that of the T73 and T74 states respectively, and the stress corrosion cracking resistance is lower than that of the 773 and T74 states respectively, but its resistance to puncture corrosion is still good.
T7X2It can be used for products that have undergone artificial aging treatment after solid solution heat treatment in the 0 or F sub-state, and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance have reached the T7X state.
T81After solid solution heat treatment, the strength is increased by about 1% cold working deformation, and then the product is aged.
T87It is suitable for products that undergo ring melt heat treatment, undergo about 7% cold working deformation to increase strength, and then undergo artificial aging.

Ⅴ. H status code description and application——The first digit after H indicates the work hardening treatment method:

H1Simple work hardening stateIt is suitable for the state where the required strength can be obtained through work hardening without additional heat treatment.
H2Work hardened and incompletely annealed stateIt is suitable for products whose work hardening degree exceeds the specified requirements of the finished product and whose strength is reduced to the specified index through incomplete annealing.
H3Work hardening and stabilizing conditionsIt is suitable for products that undergo low-temperature heat treatment after work hardening to achieve stable mechanical properties due to the heat effect during processing.
H4Work hardening and paint flow conditionsIt is suitable for products that are incompletely annealed due to painting treatment after work hardening.

Ⅵ. H status code description and application – The second number after H indicates the degree of hardening the material has achieved:
